Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy dictates that all cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. Cancellations that do not meet this threshold are not eligible for lesson credit. Make-up lessons are available subject to scheduling and instructor approval.
Late Policy
If you are running late for your lesson, please let the studio know as soon as possible. Late time will not be added onto the end of your lesson and can not be made up.
Commitment
It is recommended that a student practice a minimum of 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week and maintains consistency in session attendance to experience significant improvement. The instructor reserves the right to discontinue a student that fails to show adequate improvement.
Payments
Payment must be made prior to any lesson taking place. There will be no refunds given. We do offer make-up classes if proper notice is given that you are unable to attend your scheduled session.
